Meet the Makers

Peel's Maker Studio

!We make S.T.E.A.M. fun
We teach S.T.E.A.M. concepts to K-12 children to inspire them to be the innovators and makers of tomorrow.  We work to give them courage to learn new things, and stretch their imaginations.  We use creative, hands-on activities.  We also develop new science and engineering toys that the children make in class or at home.  We teach children to have courage to fail, knowing that this is just a part of the design process, and as long as they don't give up-it leads to great discoveries and eventual success.  Our classes help students actively discover how things work and encourages them to try to make their own new inventions.  They become the Makers!

  8. Towers and Catapults Day
  1. Kindergarten to 12th
We teach any school age child that has a desire to learn and the self discipline to listen and be respectful. Our classes are taught at various local public schools, at three public charter locations, a private residence, and online for those that live outside our local geographic area.
  2. All abilities welcome
We have a very fun and engaging environment and encourage movement, so some children that typically have trouble in a normal classroom setting may still thrive in ours. We've seen incredible growth in our students, especially in their self confidence as they learn new things like electronics and robotics.
  3. Boys & Girls
Boys and Girls equally love Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math when they are young. They are genuinely and wonderfully curious learners. They should be encouraged to continue that love of learning in a safe and fun environment. SCIENCE is FUN after all!
  4. STEM is thier FUTURE
Our nation is in desperate need of people who are trained in the STEM fields. STEM jobs will continue to be in high demand and very well paid because we just can't keep up with the demand. If our children love Science, because IT's FUN! Then they can love what they do and earn a great living doing it. BONUS!
